Live Lead Time Update - 8 - 10 Weeks From Order

As part of the manufacturing sector, we are fully open for business and operating as close to normal service as possible, despite current COVID19 restrictions. We are following all government guidance to protect both our staff and customers. Lead times given on our items are approximate and we will work as quickly as possible to maintain these lead times. However given the circumstances it may be possible that we may experience delays in raw material supply, manufacturing and delivery, so final delivery may take a little longer than expected. 

We thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Like our manufacturing, our delivery service continues as usual whilst in a safe and COVID secure manner. We have precautions in place to protect both our delivery drivers and our customers, these will be outlined when booking in delivery. Contact free delivery options will also be offered to reduce the contact between both yourself and our staff, however we will still carry out delivery into your room of choice as standard unless you ask otherwise.

At the moment we are experiencing high volumes of calls and emails placing order and requesting updates on current orders. We only have a small team of office staff, so if we miss your call, email or message, we apologise and will get back to you as soon as we can.

When will I receive my delivery?

Our delivery service is continuing as normal and our current lead time is approximately 8-10 weeks from purchase. Whilst we will do our best to stick to this lead time, lead times given on our items are approximate and we will work as quickly as possible to maintain this. However given the circumstances it may be possible that we may experience delays in manufacturing or delivery, so delivery may take a little longer than expected. If your order is nearing delivery or ready for delivery and we have not already contacted you about your order, please bear with us and we will be in touch with a delivery date as soon as this is available.

Will you deliver my order into my property and room of choice?

All orders will be delivered into your property and room of choice with your permission, unless stated otherwise. Orders will be assemble and packaging removed. Contact free deliveries will also be offered should you wish, we understand you may not want our delivery team in your property under the current circumstances.

If anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms or is in quarantine, we please ask you to inform us in advanced of your delivery date so we can make alternative arrangements for a later date.
