All items come with free UK mainland delivery. Delivery of all furniture is scheduled to be within your home within approximately 12 weeks. Our lead time given is approximated due to all our furniture being handmade to order. We will not prioritise delivery over quality and thank you for your patience.
Note: For any orders currently being made lead times maybe delayed due to the impact of COVID19. Lead times are subject to change based on latest Government advice given and our raw supply chain.
Please be aware that this excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas.
Delivery Lead Time : Delivery: Approximately 12 Weeks
Delivery will be carried out by our very own dedicated in house delivery team to make sure it arrives safely into your home. Our team will unload your order and bring it into your room of choice within your home. Our service includes fixing of legs, unpacking and removable of all packaging.
Approximately an hours notice will be given upon the designated delivery day before arrival, to ensure you have enough notice to accept your delivery.
After placing your order you will automatically receive confirmation of your order and payment via email. Should you need to check over your order, this can be done via your account. Orders made over the phone or via email with receive an invoice outlining your complete order.
Once your order is complete in production it will be assigned to a delivery schedule, our office will then contact you to book in. Our deliveries are carried out Monday – Friday, your area will be assigned accordingly with our designated delivery dates. A selection of delivery days will be provided, however we cannot guarantee all requested delivery days.
Our larger furniture is delivered with small plastic feet so that no damage is caused in transit. These will be removed and then replaced by your chosen legs.
Upon delivery, a signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order. A copy of the delivery note for your order will be given to you for you to keep. Please keep this for your own records, as this is your proof of purchase and warranty. If there is any issues with your order upon delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.
