Typically our standard lead team is approximately 6 - 8 weeks, although this lead time can vary depending on your specific order. You will be notified upon point of order of any difference/changes. 

Any items that are bespoke will have individual lead times given per order. This will vary depending on the nature of the item. 

We have a few ways that you can pay, although orders placed through our website are by PayPal or Card only.

PayPal - after ordering, follow the steps to pay via PayPal Express checkout. 

Card - after ordering, follow the steps to pay via card. 

Transfer - contact us for bank details. 

Split Payment - split your payment into 50% deposit, 50% remaining balance. 

Cash On Delivery - 50% deposit required, remaining balance can be cash on delivery.

Although most of our furniture is made to order, we do keep many items in stock that are available to view. These can be viewed exclusively at our Bury factory. Unfortuantly we don't have any other outlets in the UK where our furniture can be viewed. 

As we are are working factory, we like to make sure each visiting customer has our full attention. Therefore our factory is by appointment only. Please contact us for all available appointments. 

All our furniture comes with 10 year frame and 3 year manufacturing guarantee.

At the moment, we don't currently deliver ourselves outside of the UK.

However you're more than welcome to source a shipping agent for collection from our factory. We can deliver to any UK shipping agent on your behalf as part of our free delivery service.

All our Leather Chesterfield Sofas are crafted from only the finest European leather hides, sourced from only a small selection of UK leather importers. We DO NOT use bonded leather, PU/Faux or split skin leather. 

It's a very common misconception that term 'Chesterfield Sofa'  is a product made by only one particular company, when in fact the term Chesterfield Sofa refers to the design of the sofa. This classic and timeless design usually consists of a large couch with rolled arms that are the same height as the back.
