They apply when purchasing any of our products through our website (www.oswaldandpablo.com) or by placing an order over the telephone or via email to our sales team. You should take note that by purchasing any of our products using our services with Oswald & Pablo Ltd, you agree and are bound by the terms and conditions set our below.

We are constantly updating and developing this website with new products and improving upon any information to make the shopping experience on oswaldandpablo.com the best it can be to benefit all customers. To allow this, we have has the right too: Change or withdraw any part of this website with or without notice, this can be either temporarily or permanently. – Change sales or promotions at any time. – Change the conditions and continued use of our website with the acceptance of such change. – we will not liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.


Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.


Information Accuracy

We will take care and precautions to make sure that every piece of information, images and specifications on this website is correct. We are confident that all products have been described as much as possible and correct at the time of publishing all products to this website. Orders will not be taken on products which deemed to have material errors in the description or price advertised on our website. Buyers will be notified of any known errors upon being known.

All items are handmade and therefore we do allow a degree of tolerance with the sizing of goods with minor variations of up to 10cm in the dimensions, compared to those given in the specifications listed. 

All price displayed on www.oswaldandpablo.com are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

We like to make sure any images of products and materials are as accurate as possible. However due to a large difference in quality on display platforms, this cannot guarantee the colour will be as accurate to the actual product. No images are computer generated, but be may subject to minor enhancements. A free swatch service is offered to make sure the buyer is satisfied with colour, texture and durability of any fabrics and leather.


Order Acceptance

Customers that places an order with Oswald & Pablo Ltd, either through the website, telephone or email, will be sent an invoice of purchase via email or post to outline the order.

This contract between the Buyer and Customer will include all the specifications about the Buyer’s product, delivery address and any additional comments on your product.

The contract will only relate to products which have been confirmed in the invoice. The Buyer will not be obliged to supply any other products which are not part of this contract, until the order of additional products has been confirmed on a separate invoice contract. We reserve the to right to cancel an order at any time before delivery.



We offer free domestic delivery on all our products to UK mainland only. This does not include the Scottish Highlands, Ireland or any remote areas. 

At the time of order the buyer will be notified of any additional costs for delivery. If you are aware of your delivery address being outside of our delivery parameters, please ask for a delivery quotation upon ordering. 

Delivery is scheduled to be within your property within the time frame given upon ordering. However unexpected delays may occur in the supply chain of materials and therefore we cannot guarantee the timescale and do not accept liability for any such delay. Please allow for public holidays and weekends.

Bespoke or orders personalised in any way are excluded from standard lead time. These orders will receive an approximate delivery lead time upon ordering.

Delivery will be carried out by our third party delivery partners.

We will not be liable for any damages that may occur to your property during the delivery of your products. You should take precautions within the property to remove any obstacles/objects that may be in the way of delivery.

You should make us aware upon ordering any difficult access within your property so that advise can be given on the best way to get the items into your property. You should make sure that your nominated room for the product is fully accessible for the delivery team whether that is a ground floor, or adequate stairs or elevator if on a higher floor. Delivery is always subject to health and safety of the delivery men.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the product will fit in the given property both upon ordering and delivery. 

Delivery will also include the unpacking and placement of each item into your room of choice and removal of packaging, unless stated otherwise.

Customers will be asked by the delivery team to sign a delivery note to acknowledge delivery and acceptance of the product/s. This declares your items have been received in full satisfaction.

If for any reasons the delivery team is unable to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date, the products will be returned to our warehouse we will will contact you rearrange delivery. In the event of a failed delivery, we reserve the right to charge for an additional redelivery fee.

Any problems not identified immediately upon delivery must be reported to the to us within 7 days of receipt of order. 



We accept several payment methods on all products. These include PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Cheques will not be accepted as a form of payment.

If 50% deposit payment method is chosen by the Buyer, the 50% deposit will need to be made up receiving the order invoice in order to secure the order. Production on the order will not start until this deposit is made by the Buyer.

The Buyer will be required to pay the remaining 50% payment on the week of delivery. This payment must be made before the delivery can made.

The remaining 50% deposit can be made cash on delivery, however if this arrangement cannot be made on the day of delivery, your order will be returned to our warehouse and classed as a failed delivery by the Buyer.

The Seller will endeavour to deliver at the agreed time however the Seller cannot guarantee delivery dates and times due to circumstances outside of the Sellers control. However the Seller will do their best to keep you informed of any forewarned delays.

If the Buyer fails to make final payment as required before delivery, the Seller may suspend delivery of the products or any further products until payment is made in full.


Intellectual Property Rights

Any materials on our site should not be used for personal or commercial purposes, without obtaining a licence to do so from us.

All images used on www.oswaldandpablo.com are copyright material belonging to Oswald & Pablo Ltd and all rights are reserved.

This section does not apply to customers who purchase a product for a business, commercial use or an item/s classed as bespoke or personalised.

Customers have 14 days to return any items that are purchased on oswaldandpablo.com or with Oswald & Pablo Ltd , with a written returns notice being issued within 7 days of delivery by either email or letter.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Item – If the Buyer is returning an item because of an error on the Sellers part or because it is damaged or defective, the Seller will uplift the product or pay the Buyers costs of returning it to the Seller by refunding your return postage costs. The Buyer can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 14 working days of the Seller receiving your returned item.

If it doesn’t fit – If the buyer requires an exchange for a different size the Buyer can return the original item to the Seller. Postage costs to return the products are to be covered by the Buyer. Under special circumstances and it’s a product that is wanted by popular demand, the Seller may exchange and uplift the product for free.

Restocking – Any orders that are returned to the Seller, regardless of the reason, must reach us in 100% saleable condition. This applies to the product and it’s packaging.

The Buyer has a legal obligation to care of the products whilst in their possession. All returned items will be checked for damages or defects. In the event no fault is found a refund will not be given and delivery will be reschedule and a fee will be charged in accordance to condition 

In the unlikely event of a product being returned & the item or packaging is rendered unsaleable at it’s full retail price, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 50% of the price at which it was sold originally.

The Seller reserves the right to re-charge the Buyer for the item/s re-delivery to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Buyers who either purchase a product ordered as a “Bespoke” that have been made to the Buyers specifications, “Customer’s Own Material” or otherwise customised cannot be returned and exempt from these returns conditions. This includes fabric not from standard range, or a design that has been altered in any way from the original. It's at our discretion if 'Bespoke' returned items are accepted, a 25% restocking fee maybe charged depending on the items.

Any products being returned must arrive back to Oswald & Pablo Ltd registered address within 14 days of the notice of return. All items much be unused and resalable condition.


Every items comes with 10 year internal frame guarantee with domestic use and 3 years on manufacturing.

Guarantee starts from the day of delivery.

Guarantees does not cover against defects which may arise on the product that is not under normal use or in extreme environments. It also does not cover general wear and tear, neglect, accidental damage or loss caused by a third party.

Any items covered in customers own material will only be subject to frame guarantee.

Guarantees are none transferrable and relates to the person named only on the original invoice, as well as the items items present on original invoice and for those that have been paid for in full.

Items taken out of the UK or sold overseas will not be covered by our guarantee.

Guarantee does not cover furniture used in commercial surroundings, domestic only. Under these circumstances customers should make sure the items are suitable for their environment.


Cancellation & Refunds

Any items bespoke or otherwise personalised are exempt to cancellation. Any orders cancelled will be subject 25% restocking fee, under special circumstances this may be wavered. Bespoke items consist of any item purchased under our 'Bespoke' section or not displayed on our website/literature or which has been altered from an original design or size, this includes customers own material or material sourced on your behalf. 

Buyers are obliged to take reasonable care and responsibility of all items in unused condition until either a collection or return is made.

We reserve the right to withhold any/all monies for any items classed as bespoke or personalised which are cancelled.

If the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to your order, the Buyer can cancel the purchase by notifying the Seller in writing or email before or within 14 working days of delivery. Inclusive of the delivery day.

Cancellations of orders which are classed as bespoke will not be entitled to a refund of the initial 50% deposit.

Items must have been delivered by us to an address located in the UK and within our delivery area covered.

Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment within 14 days working days of either receiving products back or cancellation.
